I have used them a couple times and I am very satisfied.  Prompt answers, good pricing, very personable services.  I will keep using them.

Laundry drain was backing up due to a clog in the drain somewhere. Also had a bad garbage disposal that needed replaced. I called to get quotes and information, was told if I buy the garbage disposal they will install it for a charge. Arrived as promised, drain was snaked and tested twice before calling it good to go. Had the disposal installed in less than thirty minutes. Friendly, clean, and professional service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend, and do business again. Thanks

I had them out to install a shower set. The night before they were going to be here, our newly installed toilet started leaking. (Installed by someone else) Perfect timing really. It ended up he couldn't install the shower set (I bought the wrong one), but he gave me his honest opinion about the toilet.

He took a look, told me what the issue was and told me to call the old company to save me money. He was very honest about how he could charge me to do it, but wanted me to save money if I could. He didn't even charge me for the trip since they couldn't do what I had originally called for.

I'm writing this review because I appreciate their honesty and punctuality. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

After my review, the president of Lawson Plumbing called me and set everything straight. He was so helpful and appreciative of my review. He said it helped him to be informed of the issues and was able to correct the problem. It came down to working with a new technician who wasn't familiar with how Lawson's family plumbing does things. I would give my business to Lawson! I would advise if you have any issues with the work they do, ask for the president to contact you!!

They were very responsive, professional, considerate, and best priced. I cant say enough about this company and their team.

Jesus and Ryan came out and were able to figure out why my water pressure was too low. They were very professional and courteous throughout the appointment.
They let me know each step of the way what they were doing. I was informed about the cost for each step before they started. There was no financial surprises.

In the process of closing my home sale, the house closes this Tuesday, called Lawson on Sunday, they were here first thing Monday morning.

Free inspection and estimate for a problem that other companies wanted over $50 to just come out to see. Fantastic customer service and they actually seem to care.

Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable technician, quick response on the weekend, slightly expensive, but not surprising considering it was considered an emergency -will do business with this company again.

Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k. I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k.

I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you.

Dave came in and fixed the broken valves for our washing machine and on top of that fixed our leaky shower. Dave went above and beyond as he was only going to change the trim kit for the shower but he ended replacing the shower valve due to a leak. He stuck around and finished the job and then cleaned everything up. I would not hesitate to use Somers Plumbers again.

My septic tank alarm started going off a few months after moving into my new house. My wife called me panicking not knowing what was going on so we called Element plumbing to come to our rescue. Michael figured out the problem very quickly. He said our septic pump had stopped working and was no longer pumping everything out into the drainfield. It most likely stopped working when a different company came out before we bought the house and inspected the pump but did not replace one of the seals causing the pump to burn out. Michael very quickly fixed the problem by replacing the pump and the seal. He was so professional and efficient that I called him again to come out and fix both my leaking garden hose faucets. If you're in need of a great plumber call element plumbing.

Plumbers paid on commission!!!  Straight commission no salary. I don't trust a company sending me a Salesman to fix my toilet.

Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

Called in last night(1030pm) for emergency plumbing services and was assured that someone would be coming out last night for the repair. Was waiting up all night for a call that never happened.

STAY AWAY!!!  Had an appointment for 12-2pm today and they called at 1:55pm to say they would be 1hr & 30mins late.  At 5:40pm (2hrs & 10mins after the new time they quoted) we called them back and told them about the situation.  They lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance in the matter.

Just as the Valley began to hit triple digits this year my a/c unit died. We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.
